Returns & Refund Policy:

Everything we sell is brand new direct from the manufacturer in the original sealed packaging (except for “Open Box” items). If you order something by mistake or change your mind before opening the item and it is returned unopened and sealed the return will be 100% and fast with free shipping back to us. There are other times when returns won't be 100% and will take longer. Here are our return policies:

Return & refund policy for all merchandise we sell that is not an optic: (scope, sight, binocular, range finder):

Free 30-day returns for any reason. We pay for return shipping on all items. To initiate a return, please email support@houseandfarmsupply.com with your order # and reason for your return. We will email you a return label. Simply place it on the package and put it in the mail. We will refund you the same day we receive your return.

Return & refund policy for all optics: (scopes, sights, binoculars, range finders):

All the optics products we sell are in-stock with us and ready to ship the same day. All photos of products inside the packaging were taken by us and are of the actual products shipping and the packaging they are shipping in. We try to keep the prices on our optics items the lowest anywhere on the internet. In order to do this, we strive to keep returns to a minimum. Please make sure you know what you are ordering, and really mean to order it. Optics are expensive and difficult returns to deal with. When you ask for a return, all options will be clearly and fully explained in an email with instructions before you mail your return. We may ask you for photos of the item and packaging before your return is approved so we can let you know ahead of time what amount of a refund you can expect.

Unopened packaging return within 14 days FREE and 100% refund: We offer simple easy FREE 14-day returns on all items if returned in unopened, brand new in pristine sealed packaging condition easily restocked and sold as new again.

To be eligible for a FREE full 14 day return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it ... in the original packaging fully sealed and unopened. Email support@houseandfarmsupply.com with your order # and reason for your return. We will email you a return label. Simply place it on the package and put it in the mail. We will refund you the same day we receive your return.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Opened packaging return within 14 days FREE and 100% refund: If your item is opened and taken out of the original packaging, you can return it within the 14 day period. If it is still brand new, never installed or used and looks pristine and includes all the complete original packaging in brand new condition so we can can re-seal the packaging and resell it as brand new, your return will be accepted as new and you will receive a 100% refund.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Opened packaging return within 14 days FREE and 85% refund: If your item is opened and taken out of the original packaging, you can return it within the 14 day period. If it is still brand new and includes most/some of the original packaging in brand new condition so we can can sell the item as a an open box return, your return will be accepted as open box and you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Opened packaging item no longer new return within 14 days FREE and 50% refund: If your item is opened and taken out of the original packaging and installed or tags removed or now contains marks or scratches and some of the packaging is damaged or missing you can return it within the 14 day period. If it is still new but the packaging is missing items or the item is not sell-able as brand new because of install marks, scratches, tags removed or any other reason, we must sell it as used so your return will be accepted as used and you will be assessed a 50% restocking fee.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer ... they will not be able to help you and your item will get lost in the mail.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. When you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 of days.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use our contact us page or send us an email at support@houseandfarmsupply.com and after we understand what the issue is, we will attempt to help you so that you are 100% satisfied.
